We give you here blank numbers to start with.
It wasn’t easy to put the prices, but we think, we found fair, reasonable deals. It is in Europe though, so closer by but therefore costier.

* the age is counted from the first day of the gathering.

* Child number 1 is your first born and the count goes on in order of birth.
* Due to our short term planing, we are giving generously late Early Bird prices.
Deposit and Refund
* Refunds are based on a sliding scale: the closer to the event, the lower the refund.
* A 10% non-refundable deposit is always retained to cover administrative costs.

Deposit:
To book your spot you need to pay 40% of your full family price. The other 60% are due 14 days before the gathering.
If you book 14 days or less before the gathering, you need to pay the full price at once.
What do you pay for?
- Workshop 9 mornings from 9am to 1:30pm
(by professional workshop leader, assisted by the two hosts) - Drop off for children 7+ years old
- Snack mid Workshop
- Welcome dinner first evening
- 9 vegan/vegetarian Lunches
- 9 Evening entertainments of 2-3h
- Telegram group for exchange before, during and after the gathering
- Assistance by the two host for any questions concerning the gathering and beyond
- Childcare for children under 7 years old
(all ages are welcome to all offerings, but younger ones must be attended by an adult) - Accomodation
- Journey to the location
- Transport during gathering
- Breakfast and dinner (besides 1st evening)
- Health insurance
- Other insurances
- Extra expenses like treatments or such
Event cancellation
We distinguish between three scenarios:
- Too few participants: We will inform you at least 14 days before the start. You will receive a full refund within 14 days.
- Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions): You can either rebook to a later event free of charge or receive a full refund (processing time: up to 30 days).
- Other reasons (e.g., organizer’s illness, technical issues): You will receive a full refund within 14 days.
Important: Unfortunately, we cannot cover any other costs you have already booked. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
